Instructions On How to Download the MP3s and Unzip the Images

For the MP3 Audio Downloads:

1. Click on each MP3 download link. It should open a new playback page.

2. Click on the three dots on the right side of the media player.

3. Select the Download option to save it straight to your device.

For the Visual First Aid Kit (ZIP Folder):

When you click this link, it will download a compressed ZIP folder containing all the images. Because these files are grouped together to keep them high-quality, they just need to be "unzipped." Here is how to do that depending on your phone:

📱 For iPhone:

1. Open the built-in Files app.

2. Tap the Browse button at the bottom and select your Downloads folder.

3. Tap the ZIP file—it will automatically uncompress into a new folder with the same name.

4. Open that new folder, tap Select in the top right, and check the images you want to save.

5. Tap the Share icon (the square with the upward arrow) and select Save Images to add them directly to your camera roll.

🤖 For Android:

1. Open your phone's file manager (like Files by Google or My Files).

2. Go to your Downloads folder and tap the ZIP file.

3. Select Extract or Unzip from the pop-up menu.

4. Go into the newly created folder, select the images you want, and choose Copy or Move to place them into your phone's Pictures/Gallery folder.
